Job summary

Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Account Executive (Accounts Receivable) to lead AR operations in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years AR experience and proficiency in SQL Accounting System and Excel.

Senior Account Executive (Account Receivable)

• Oversee and support the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in daily operations.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Ensure invoices, and other receivables are issued accurately and on time.
• Monitor daily cash collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve payment and billing issues.
• Verify guest deposits and process refunds according to company policies.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Front Desk teams on deposit deductions, damage claims, and refund requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest deposits, refunds, and receivables.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all payments are correctly recorded.
• Supervise, coach, and support the AR team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all AR transactions.
• Work closely with Operations, Front Desk, Reservations, Property Management, and Finance to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
