Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Account Executive (Accounts Receivable) to lead AR operations in Shah Alam. You will oversee the AR team, monitor customer accounts, and ensure timely collections while coordinating with Operations, Front Desk, Reservations, and Property Management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years AR experience and proficiency in SQL Accounting System and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in hospitality, property management, Airbnb, or short-term rental operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily AR operations and support the AR team.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Ensure invoices and receivables are issued accurately and on time.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Front Desk, Reservations, and Finance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of deposits, refunds, and receivables.
