Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Segment Sales Manager to drive services growth across key client segments, delivering integrated solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.

You will build strategic relationships, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, coordinate with operations and marketing, and travel as needed to grow the business in the semiconductor, Life Science, Food & Beverage and Data Center sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• 5–8 years in services sales within related industries.
• Experience with Brownfield projects is a plus.
• Experience covering Semiconductor, LifeScience, Food & Beverage, and Data Center segments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Schneider Electric services around customer needs and manage key accounts.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans with Service Operations and Projects.
• Increase awareness of the Services portfolio in assigned markets.
• Manage sales funnel in Salesforce for timely order closure.
• Provide regular forecasts and collaborate with Marketing on country base insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and drive opportunities for complete solutions.
