Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in data center or similar industries.
• Proven track record in complex solution selling incl. HVAC, IT, electrical/BMS/security/energy management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to overachieve.
• Experience influencing C-suite clients with value propositions.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions for proposals.
• Familiarity with tendering and project management; strong English communication.

• Become a subject matter expert on Schneider Electric's Prefabricated Data Center portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales to develop opportunities with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users.
• Hunt for new clients and opportunities for Prefabricated Data Centers.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop designs and proposals for new projects.
