Job summary

MYSES SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development and Service Manager to lead both commercial growth and technical service delivery for semiconductor capital equipment, spare parts, and service contracts in the region.

In this hybrid leadership role, you will drive sales, manage a team of Field Service Engineers, coordinate with global partners, and ensure maximum tool uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in leadership/managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of Fab/Back-end equipment processes (e.g. Dicing, Sorters, Bonding).
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regionally/internationally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment sales and service contracts across the region.
• Identify opportunities for capital equipment, hardware upgrades, spare parts, and service contracts.
• Lead Field Service Engineers to maximize tool uptime.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with global partners and local engineering resources.
• Provide exceptional customer support and optimize response times.
• Oversee service readiness and NPI field readiness.
