Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Channel Marketing Senior Specialist to lead partner-led growth, pipeline generation, and market penetration in line with strategic segments. You will partner with Sales and Channels to ensure marketing investments drive measurable outcomes while maintaining governance and brand standards.

You will develop GTM and channel growth plans, nurture partner relationships, and design co-marketing programs to maximize joint value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in channel marketing / trade marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of channel ecosystem and electrical/automation technologies.
• Proven ability in market analysis, demand generation, and partner program management.
• Exposure to digital transformation and data/AI-enabled commercial tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and channel plans to accelerate revenue growth, pipeline generation and market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners and distributors to drive joint growth.
• Design and implement co-marketing programs, partner campaigns and joint value propositions.
• Drive partner tiering, activation and engagement strategies to increase partner loyalty.
• Localize and execute global/regional campaigns with channel partners.
• Drive integrated activation across digital, social, events, PR and partner channels.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience across partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Operations, Marcom, Sales, Offer Marketing and Finance teams.
