Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Segment Sales Manager in Malaysia to drive services sales growth and build strategic client relationships across key industry segments. You will collaborate with Service Operations, Projects, and BU sales to deliver integrated solutions, manage the sales funnel, and forecast progress on a regular basis.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, 5–8 years of services sales experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5–8 years in services sales or related field.
• Experience in Brownfield projects is a plus.
• Experience in Semiconductor, LifeScience, Food & Beverage and Data Center segments preferred.
• Technical experience in Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear and Transformer is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Schneider Electric services around customer needs and manage key customers and segments.
• Create and implement specific plans for growth.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Projects and BU sales.
• Increase awareness of the Services portfolio in the market.
• Manage funnel up to order closure and identify new service opportunities.
• Lead and represent Schneider to identify customers and opportunities for complete solutions.
• Use Salesforce for funnel management and Account Planning.
• Provide bi-weekly forecasts and summaries.
• Collaborate with Operational Marketing to understand Installed Base.
• Coordinate/attend trade shows and seminars as needed.
