Responsibilities

• Focus on account retention and revenue growth for the assigned portfolio.
• Understand client needs and align client technology with business strategies.
• Prepare client-facing materials for business reviews.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through data analysis.
• Plan and track account activity using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional issues.
• Act as secondary liaison with merchants to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate merchant requests and monitor SLAs.
