Job summary

PU Prime is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – SEA to drive growth, expand markets, and improve commercial performance across Southeast Asia.

You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, launch new markets, coach Country Managers, and collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance to ensure successful market entry and sustainable local teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of business development experience in CFD/FinTech or online trading.
• Experience launching and expanding new markets in SEA.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development initiatives across Southeast Asia.
• Drive market entry strategies and new country launches.
• Coach and develop Country Managers for local market success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant expansion.
