Job summary

ShopBack Malaysia is seeking a Key Account Manager - Payments (Enterprise) to grow a portfolio of Singapore merchants from its Kuala Lumpur base. You will drive value, coordinate with internal teams, and turn data into actionable insights to fuel merchant adoption and revenue.

You will deliver unrivaled service, conduct performance reviews, and strategically grow merchant revenue with a consultative, data-driven approach. Travel<25% is expected and a dynamic, growth‑oriented culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of consumer trends in e-commerce and ability to drive growth.
• Experience with C-level negotiations and managing enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value proposition to merchants and drive adoption of best practices.
• Coordinate with marketing, business development and operations to meet merchant expectations.
• Identify feedback and trends from merchant engagements to improve internal processes.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews to optimize campaigns and revenue.
• Grow merchant revenue with a consultative approach across channels and data-driven insights.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of merchant retention and success milestones.
• Build and nurture merchant relationships with high service levels and customer-centric focus.
