SWIFT GROUP OF COMPANIES in Sarawak seeks a Branch Manager – Sarawak to lead the Sarawak branch, drive financial and operational performance, customer relationships, and end-to-end logistics services. You will oversee freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and project logistics, manage budgets, develop strategies, and foster a high-performance team across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in branch management, P&L management, customer management, and operational leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple logistics functions.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / project logistics would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehouse, and distribution operations.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Sarawak branch and ensure alignment with the Company's business strategy.
• Develop and execute branch business and operating plans to achieve financial, operational, and customer objectives.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure KPIs and targets are met.
• Identify business opportunities and support growth of logistics services in Sarawak.
• Coordinate across branch functions to deliver end-to-end services.
• Support the General Manager – East Malaysia in achieving budget and objectives.
• Monitor revenue, costs, profitability and financial performance.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure cost control.
• Review financial variances and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare monthly branch performance reports.
