Qualifications

Bachelor degree in logistics, business, management, economics or marketing.
Minimum 8 years’ managerial experience in logistics/forwarding/shipping.
Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth.
Team-player with result-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage overall branch activities including operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales & marketing.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Responsible for providing leadership to the operations and administration of the branch.
Maintain high level of service quality and cultivate relationships with customers.
Comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
Meet goals and KPI and deliver the agreed budget.
Monitoring of aging report and debt collection.
