Job summary

TICA Environment & Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a Sales Technical Support professional to back Malaysia's sales team with technical guidance on AHU, Chiller and FCU products. Based in China or Malaysia, you will tailor configurations, support quotations and help close regional projects.

You will build customer relationships, deliver training, and support product improvements while traveling within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical support / sales support experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Familiar with commercial AHU, Chiller, and FCU products and applications.
• Fluent English and Fluent Malay as a working language; fluent Chinese required.
• Strong communication, service mindset and teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience with Malaysian customer/channel resources or project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solution selection for commercial AHU, Chiller, and FCU products to the Malaysia sales team and customers
• Conduct product configuration, solution design, technical clarification, and quotation support based on customer requirements
• Assist the sales team in customer visits, technical exchanges, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
• Maintain and expand local customer and channel relationships to drive project wins
• Collect and relay customer feedback on product application and technical service to drive product and solution improvements
• Develop technical training materials and deliver product/technical training to customers and distributors
• Complete other sales support tasks assigned by management
