Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.
Strong hands-on technical knowledge of compressors, system design, electrical systems, inverter drives, controllers, and troubleshooting.
Experience with oil-free compressor and system development.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle technical queries related to products from customers, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct application training.
Conduct new product training.
Drive business development by providing technical solutions based on customer needs and market feedback.
