Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a capable After-Sales Service Manager for Malaysia to lead a dedicated team handling HVAC products, chillers, and air conditioning systems. You will oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting while upholding high service standards.

Coordinate with headquarters and customers, manage spare parts and logistics, and train technicians to continuously improve technical competency and customer satisfaction. This role is based in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service, HVAC, air conditioning, or technical service management.
• Experience leading or supervising a service team is preferred.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the after-sales service team for air conditioning products in Malaysia.
• Ensure timely service response and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and improve after-sales service processes including installation, maintenance, repair and complaint handling.
• Lead troubleshooting, on-site repairs and remote technical support.
• Coordinate with China HQ, customers, suppliers and service partners on technical, spare parts and logistics matters.
• Train and coach local service technicians on procedures, standards and knowledge.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of the after-sales service team for air conditioning products in Malaysia.
• Ensure timely service response and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve after-sales service processes, including installation, maintenance, repair, and complaint handling.
• Ensure compliance with the after-sales policies and service standards established by the China headquarters.
• Lead the team in troubleshooting, on-site repairs, and remote technical support.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for HVAC systems, including chillers, precision air conditioners, air curtains, and other specialized air conditioning equipment.
• Support technical upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the China headquarters, customers, suppliers, and service partners on technical, spare parts, and logistics matters.
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while safeguarding the company's brand image
• Train and coach local service technicians on company procedures, service standards, and technical knowledge.
• Develop the team's technical competency and customer service skills.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service, HVAC, air conditioning, or technical service management.
• Experience leading or supervising a service team is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.

Salary Range: Up to RM10k; open for nego higher if experienced
