Job summary

Water Revelation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration professional to act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, manage records, and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.

The role supports the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, maintains pricing data, and aims to resolve issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales databases.
• Coordinate with the internal teams regarding order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.
