Job summary

OKAYASU RUBBER (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the sales team with quotations, proposals and contracts, while processing orders and maintaining accurate customer data.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in sales support, be organized, able to work independently and communicate in English as needed. Own transport is preferred for this role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination or a related role.
• Preferable experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Able to communicate in English is an added advantage.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts and other sales documents.
• Process customer orders and ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain and update customer information and records.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Handle after-sales matters, including returns, complaints and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations and other related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Who We're Looking For

SPM and above.
