QLM LABEL MAKERS SDN. BHD. based in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a dynamic Sales Support/Sales Coordinator to join our sales team on a full-time basis.

You will support our sales operations by handling quotations, orders and CRM updates, enabling our sales representatives to focus on building client relationships while you manage critical administrative coordination tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales coordination, sales administration or similar support role within manufacturing, printing or labels industry is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly
• Liaise with customers to address enquiries, provide product information and facilitate smooth order fulfilment
• Coordinate with warehouse, production and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in our CRM system
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars and arrange travel for sales representatives as required
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support the accounts team with payment tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures

About the role

QLM LABEL MAKERS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Support/Sales Coordinator to join our sales team on a full-time basis. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, this role is essential to supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our customers, sales team and internal departments. You will be the backbone of our sales function, enabling our sales representatives to focus on building client relationships whilst you manage the critical administrative and coordination tasks that drive our business forward.
