About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support to join J.P. Printers Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base in the printing industry.

Key responsibilities

Attend to and respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests.

Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing information to customers.

Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and records.

Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and other sales-related matters.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team as required.
