Job summary

Graphic Technology Gateway Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites driven individuals to join our printing and packaging machinery team. You will learn the industry, support customers technically and in sales, prepare quotations and proposals, and engage in customer visits and on-site inspections.

We value candidates with a mechanical engineering background and a passion for learning, who can communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia).
• Proactive, responsible and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop knowledge of the printing and packaging industry.
• Provide technical and sales support to customers; prepare quotations and proposals.
• Conduct customer visits, on-site inspections, and coordinate with technical/after-sales teams.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Learn and develop knowledge of the printing and packaging industry.

Provide technical and sales support to customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentation materials.

Follow up on customer enquiries and requirements.

Conduct customer visits and on-site machine inspections.

Coordinate and work closely with the technical and after-sales service teams.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and marketing activities locally and overseas.

Assist customers in selecting suitable machinery and equipment solutions.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates without relevant academic qualifications but with a strong interest in engineering are also encouraged to apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated.

Willing to travel outstation and overseas when required.

Candidate possesses own transportation will be preferred.

Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
