Job summary

Nippon Paint is seeking a proactive Project Sales Executive in Malaysia to identify new business opportunities and manage key relationships with architects, QS and developers. You will develop strategic sales plans, tailor proposals, and present to major accounts, driving specifications for coatings and related products.

As a member of our Project Sales team, you'll work with house builders, developers, architects, and specifiers to deliver coating solutions that bring buildings to life - from concept to completion.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and establish new business opportunities and market leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors (QS), contractors, developers and painting contractors

Analyse market insights to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals

Promotion & Specification:

Liaise with specifiers (architect, QS and Developers) on the Company's products (i.e. paint, dry mix and sealer, adhesive & fillers (SAF)) specifications

Provide advisory on product specifications and surface preparation guidelines

Prepare detailed and customised sales proposals and deliver impactful presentations to key and potential accounts
