Job summary

Kossan Paint (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor is recruiting a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, invoicing and order logistics. The role requires communication with customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin fluency preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

The successful candidate will have a related certificate or diploma and 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any related discipline
• Minimum 1 or 2 year experience in related field. Fresh are welcome
• Required Skill(s): Computer literacy especially in MS Office
• Customer oriented and focus on the customer needs
• Good command in both written or verbal in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Quotation, Issue D/O and Invoice
• Arrange delivery to customer
• Assist salesman to manage and arrange the purchase order given to customer
