Job summary

Nippon Paint is seeking a proactive Project Sales Executive in Malaysia to identify new business opportunities and manage key relationships with architects, QS and developers. You will develop strategic sales plans, tailor proposals, and present to major accounts, driving specifications for coatings and related products.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing from recognised universities (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in building materials, QS or related industries.
• Excellent presentation skills and organising skills required.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business opportunities and market leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, QS, developers and painting contractors.
• Liaise with specifiers on product specifications and provide advisory on surface preparation guidelines.
• Prepare detailed and customised sales proposals and deliver impactful presentations to key accounts.
