Astro is seeking a Senior Sales Analytics professional in Kuala Lumpur to analyze performance, forecast trends, and support data-driven planning. You will lead data collection, drive accurate reporting, and support strategic proposals within the Sales Management Office.

The role requires a degree with 5+ years in analytics, advanced Excel, SQL and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI. You will work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities and guiding junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor degree with at least 5 years in business analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/AWS QuickSight).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sales performance vs targets to identify risk and opportunities.
• Analyze territorial focus and optimization, focusing on remaining market.
• Analyze historical trends for forecasting and planning.
• Engage in sales planning, budgeting and monitoring to drive results.
• Conduct studies on customer insights and demographics for upselling opportunities.
• Assist management in strategic plans and proposals.
• Ensure consistency in data collection, definitions, analyses, and reporting.
• Manage projects from start to finish representing Sales Management Office.
• Guide and supervise Officers and junior staff to maintain standards.
