Job summary

NBPOL is seeking a Senior Executive, Analytics (Planning & Corporate) to support business planning, performance analysis and corporate reporting from Ara Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia. You will drive planning, performance analysis, and reporting to inform management decisions.

You will conduct in-depth analyses, develop dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional data initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years in analytics or corporate planning and a relevant degree; experience translating data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/analytical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in analytics, planning, BI, performance management or corporate planning.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation, monitoring and analysis of business plans, budgets and performance targets.
Conduct analytics to identify drivers, variances and opportunities; develop management reports and dashboards.
Provide data-driven insights and scenario analysis to support management decisions and business cases.
Undertake ad-hoc analytics and cross-functional data requests to support planning and corporate initiatives.
Improve reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of management information.
