Soon Chuan Hong Hardware Sdn. Bhd. (SCH) is seeking an order coordinator to own the customer order process from quotation to delivery and invoicing. You will work with sales, purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure orders are followed through and customers receive timely updates.

This hands‑on commercial role rewards initiative and problem solving; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Familiar with inventory management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage quotations independently and secure orders.
• Own orders from Sales Order to Delivery Order and final delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and raise POs for low-stock items.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics for delivery as scheduled.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics for smooth fulfilment.
• Prepare product reports and tenders as required.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements with management.
