Job summary

SENDO TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to streamline order processing from inquiry to delivery, supporting the sales team and coordinating with customers, warehouse and finance.

You will verify product codes, prepare quotations, track stock, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records. On-site role in Semenyih requires Mandarin communication and proficiency with Excel and ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or order processing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email; ERP systems an advantage.
• Mandarin language ability for regular communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and follow up on customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders using approved prices and terms.
• Check product codes, colours, quantities, prices and delivery details for accuracy.
• Enter and update order information in the company system and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm stock availability, packing and dispatch arrangements.
• Follow up on delivery progress and keep customers informed of order status.
• Coordinate order changes, shortages, returns and delivery issues with the relevant teams.
• Prepare and organise sales documents, including delivery orders and related records.
• Follow up on payment status with customers and the finance team.
• Maintain customer records and prepare order status and sales reports.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to follow up on customer orders from confirmation through delivery. You will support the sales team and coordinate with customers, warehouse colleagues and the finance team to keep orders accurate and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and follow up on customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders using approved prices and terms.
• Check product codes, colours, quantities, prices and delivery details for accuracy.

About you

• Able to understand and speak Mandarin for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues about product details, orders and delivery arrangements.
• Strong attention to detail when handling product codes, quantities, prices and documents.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Responsible and able to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Experience in trading, wholesale or inventory-based businesses is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Semenyih, Selangor.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
