Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Sales Coordination professional in Penang to support order processing and logistics for a leading distributor of UHPP and flow control components. You will manage quotations, customer PO checks, and order creation while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in sales coordination, order processing or customer service.
• Experience in trading/distribution environment preferred.
• Good Excel and ERP/system skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple customer orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations based on approved pricing and commercial instructions.
• Review customer PO against quotation and agreed commercial terms.
• Create and maintain Sales Orders in the system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics to fulfil customer orders.
• Monitor open orders and committed delivery dates.
• Coordinate customer requests for delivery changes, partial shipments and rescheduling.
• Prepare Delivery Orders and ensure shipment documentation is complete.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with logistics providers and customers.
• Provide customers with order and delivery status updates.
• Follow up on signed DO/POD after delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer order and shipment records.
• Provide Finance with required documentation for invoicing.
• Escalate pricing, delivery or commercial issues to the Sales Manager.
• Support periodic sales and order fulfilment reporting.
