Job summary

Soon Chuan Hong Hardware Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a hands-on professional to own the customer order process from quotation to final invoicing. You will coordinate with customers, purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule and issues are addressed.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include managing quotations and securing orders.
• Own customer orders from Sales Order to Delivery Order and handle related purchasing.
• Monitor stock levels and purchasing requirements.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics to fulfil orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare reports and tender-related documentation.
• Develop understanding of water reticulation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations independently and follow up to secure orders.
• Take ownership of customer orders from Sales Order to Delivery Order and Delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and manage purchasing requirements.
• Direct and coordinate warehouse and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse and logistics for smooth fulfilment.
• Prepare product reports and tender documentation.
