Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or any field.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Commitment of 3–6 months; last semester students encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Send reminders and follow up information from other departments.
• Set up system for Online E-Beauty & E-Health.
• Update data settings in various portals (Pharmacy roster/instore E-Beauty & E-Health).
• Compile non-trade requests from beauty experts, health advisors and pharmacists.
• Aggregate information from all stores on ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare HQ non-trade items for new beauty experts or pharmacists stores.
• Update non-trade SOH tracker.
• Follow up with area managers on non-trade arrangements.
• Courier documents/parcels to stores.
• Receive documents from stores and segregate or file.
• Take training attendance.
• Assist in facilitating training sessions.
• Set up training venues.
• Compile and provide evaluation feedback.
