Role Overview

We are recruiting a responsible and detail-oriented intern to support our brand’s daily operations for the Watsons Malaysia channel. This role covers sales data tracking, promoter coordination, in-store merchandising and marketing campaign support, ideal for candidates looking for long-term internship exposure in FMCG retail KA channel.

Potential to get a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, compile and organize daily/weekly/monthly Watsons sales data, prepare regular sales reports and identify sales trends.
• Follow up with in-store promoters on daily sales performance, task execution and on-site issues.
• Support arrange in-store display, merchandising, ensure shelf layout follows brand standards.
• Assist in Watsons offline marketing & promotional activities, including preparation, on-site coordination and post-activity summary.
• Support ad-hoc channel administrative and operation tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong data sense, proficient in basic Excel for data sorting.
• Highly responsible, careful, proactive in task follow-up.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with promoters and channel teams.
• Able to commit long-term internship (minimum 3–6 months) with stable attendance.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with retail experience are preferred.
