Job summary

A leading health and beauty retailer is seeking a full-time Sales Operations staff member in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The candidate will assist in hiring and managing staff, motivate and train them on company policies, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. A minimum of SPM/ 'A' Level and a professional certificate in any field is required. Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable, and able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.

Education & Experience

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow‑up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
