Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking staff to support store operations, assist the store manager with staff rosters, training on company policies, SOPs and selling techniques. The role includes helping to formulate sales strategies and generating reports on turnover, sales and inventory, while delivering professional customer service.

The position may be offered as full-time or part-time, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
