Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months, ideally in the last semester.

Responsibilities

• Run cutoff report for scheduled store on the stocktake day.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of the send out report.
• Draft and send an email report before 10am.
• Monitor accuracy of data in the portal.
• Verify completeness of submission report from supervisor.
• Perform top 25 shrinkage items report and upload to portal.
• Verify successful portal email notifications.
• Admin task team claims, attendance, and hotel bookings.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
