Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage order processing in SAP and CRM from order creation through invoicing, ensuring accurate data and timely handovers to the Order Desk.

You will prepare confirmations, down-payment invoices, export and VAT documentation, and LC requests, while coordinating with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and deliver smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

• A business qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of international sales processes, including export and VAT.
• Excellent English communication with customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order processing in SAP and CRM from order creation to invoicing.
• Prepare order confirmations, down-payment invoices, trade finance docs, and LC requests.
• Communicate with customers and support payment follow-up until first down payment.
• Maintain customer master data, credit information, and portal administration.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth orders.
