Job summary

RGE is looking for a proactive Coordinator, Sales to support the Kuala Lumpur team with end-to-end order processing and documentation. You will collect orders from the Sales Team, verify prices, and enter orders into the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Additionally, you will release quotations, convert them to Sales Orders, and monitor LC and payment flows for order release. The role also covers coordinating the sales team, handling inquiries, and providing after-sales

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar required.
• Experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Collect orders from Sales Team member to meet allocation.
• Check price (and approval if required) and enter orders in SAP.
• Release quotations to customers and convert quotations to Sales Orders.
• Follow up on LC and payments for order release to mill.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating information.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
