Job summary

SND HIGH TECH ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Support professional to assist the sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain customer profiles in the CRM and verify order details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery specifications to ensure accuracy.

You will also coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to update order status in a timely manner and prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly and monthly

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CRM/database accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative & operational support to the sales team.

• Process customer orders (pricing, quantity, delivery time & specs) and follow up.
