Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a capable Sales Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities.

You will prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments to progress projects and maintain accurate records. The role involves handling Sales Orders, shipping documentation, and client communications with a focus on timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team for smooth day-to-day activities.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals based on project requirements and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Project, Production, Purchasing and Logistics to progress projects on time.
• Process and manage Sales Orders with accurate product specs, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, quotations, orders, and project documents.
• Liaise with clients on quotations, purchase orders, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Obtain costing, material prices, lead times, and other data from suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Follow up to ensure costing and project information is received on time.
• Prepare COO documentation and handle COO applications under relevant FTAs where applicable.
• Arrange shipment bookings, liaise with freight forwarders and monitor delivery status.
• Assist in tender submissions, project costing, and other sales-related documentation.
