Job summary

Prospect Workforce Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist (Contract) in Malaysia to support the sales force with order book management and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

The role involves processing orders, coordinating with 3PL, and providing timely updates to internal teams. SAP/CRM experience and strong Excel skills are preferred for effective performance.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support or logistic.
• Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistic or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP, CRM or order management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work effectively with internal teams, customer and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Order Book Management: Timely processing of sales orders within SOP.
• Picking Note creations and assigned PN within 3PL based daily KPI.
• Provide order tracking and delivery updates to internal team.
• Create call-off orders and coordinate logistics with Sales/Warehouse/Finance.
• Monthly processing of requisitions/samples/promotion sales orders.
• Group sales order management and PN listings for Operations.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing/IT/Finance for accurate information.
• Provide operational support for customer-related functions on in-season injection buy.
• Generate and compile inventory data to ensure healthy stock levels.
• Register and document Defectives and Perfect returns from customers.
• Support any ad-hoc assignments.
