Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or related role.
• Experience handling sales orders and customer documentation in an ERP system (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue quotations to customers based on approved pricing.
• Verify pricing, discounts, and required approvals before order processing.
• Convert approved quotations into sales orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Monitor customer payment status, including Letter of Credit (LC) and other payment arrangements, prior to order release.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer documentation.
• Manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Track sales activities and generate periodic operational reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales support efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
