Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support order processing, invoicing, and delivery documentation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with e-Invoicing and ERP systems like AutoCount. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or similar role; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, and order processing procedures.
• Familiar with the Malaysian e-Invoice system and able to process e-Invoices accurately.
• Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using AutoCount or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
