Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Support to optimize sales processes and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related tools. You will generate reports, build dashboards, and provide user training while partnering with Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and standard functionality.
• Experience with user management, security settings, and permission sets.
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom report types.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce ecosystem including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain sales process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain data integrity across all sales systems and databases.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user support and troubleshooting.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Help create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
• Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing users.
• Gather user feedback and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes.
• Support the development and implementation of sales policies and best practices.
• Participate in sales operations projects and initiatives.
