Job summary

UBM Tech Research Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a dynamic Sales/Revenue Operations Specialist for a seven-month fixed-term contract. You will manage contracts, ensure data accuracy, and support invoicing to maintain revenue integrity.

You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to audit data, standardize processes, and maintain inventory and delivery records, ensuring timely, error-free billing and smoothly run events.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Revenue Operations Specialist to join the global tech events team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing contract and data accuracy, maintaining inventory systems, and ensuring seamless billing and invoicing processes. You will serve as a critical liaison between sales and support teams, coordinating across multiple departments to drive operational excellence and revenue accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts and ensure data accuracy throughout the contract process and entries into business systems
• Conduct audits and reconcile data disparities across systems
• Enforce best practices and data standardization
• Maintain sponsorship product inventory tracking documents
• Maintain booth holds/rents via Floorplan.Live
• Maintain Sales Inventory documentation and Internal Product delivery Database
• Ensure invoices are issued based on validated data to avoid discrepancies and reduce the need for credit notes
• Perform quality control on client billing and invoicing
• Monitor and respond to internal and sales organization requests
• Support the sales organization with the contract process and client-related requests

• Demonstrable experience within a quality control environment, focusing on accuracy of data, delivery, reporting, and reconciliation of sold programs
• Highly organized with a strong ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining absolute attention to detail
• Focused on the accuracy and timeliness of billing delivery and deadlines
• Strong influencer able to coordinate across multiple internal teams including Sales, Informa Engage, Operations, and Customer Success
• Able to communicate conceptual solutions to peers and management effectively
