Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, including data management, reports, dashboards, and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into scalable processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and data quality commitment.
• Self-directed and proactive with multi-priority management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce as the single source of truth for all sales activity, including data, campaigns, lead assignment, and dashboards.
• Own sales reporting and analysis at multiple levels, consolidating forecasts and translating metrics into insights.
• Drive data quality improvements through governance and governance of CRM data.
• Design and optimize sales processes by documenting workflows and HQ playbooks.
• Support customer-facing teams with training, feedback, and troubleshooting to maximize adoption.
