Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven Salesforce.com expertise and advanced Salesforce skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Manage Salesforce as the single source of truth for all sales activity.
• Administer CRM data, campaigns, leads, opportunities; configure reports/dashboards.
• Own sales reporting/analysis at multiple levels (individual, team, regional, global).
• Consolidate forecasts and translate pipeline trends into actionable insights.
• Drive data quality improvements through governance and monitoring.
• Design and optimize sales processes by documenting workflows and HQ-defined playbooks.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between headquarters and regional teams.
• Support customer-facing teams with tools training and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on quarterly planning, forecasting accuracy, incentive calculations, and KPI target-setting.
• Analyze business data across departments and provide leadership with recommendations.
