Job summary

SANY Group in Malaysia is seeking an organized Sales Admin to support daily sales operations in the heavy equipment sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with responsibilities spanning inquiries, quotations, orders, contracts, POs and invoices to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams, maintain CRM data, prepare reports and assist dealer management, including trips to East Malaysia when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 1–2 years in sales admin/support preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with inquiries, quotations, orders, contracts, POs and invoices
• Manage sales documentation and ensure accurate CRM data entry
• Coordinate end-to-end order process including tracking, shipment schedules and changes
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Prepare sales reports and presentations
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and internal sales activities
• Monitor inventory with warehouse team for product availability
• Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance
• Assist dealer management including business trips to East Malaysia when needed
