Job summary

SCM Technologies Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, seeks a proactive coordinator to be the first contact for customer enquiries, orders and complaints. You will assist with RFQs, costing, quotations and sales forecasts, and coordinate programmes including sample submissions and follow-ups.

Work closely with Sales, Planning, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth deliveries; follow up on customer issues with internal teams to support resolutions; maintain customer records in ERP such as PR and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate holders
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Outgoing, independent and positive in attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• 6-month maternity cover position

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and complaints
• Assist with RFQs, costing, quotations and sales forecasts
• Coordinate customer programmes, including sample submissions and follow-ups
• Work closely with Sales, Planning, Production & Logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
• Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to support resolutions
• Communicate with customers and participate in regular meetings
• Maintain customer records and prepare ERP documentation such as PR and SO
• Gain exposure to real-world customer relationship management and business operations
• Take on other exciting tasks and projects along the way!
