Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements and manages sales office and operations to achieve the area target.
• Manages, supervises and leads sub-ordinates to achieve overall business budget.
• Motivates and enhances the performance of sales teams to maximise local market business opportunities.
• Oversees resource management, including capacity planning, productivity, staff discipline and compliance.
• Reviews weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met.
• Maintains awareness of competitors’ activities and industry best practices.
• Ensures cross selling and deep selling (consumers to hold more than one product).
• Approves quality credits as per approving matrix.
• Ensures daily operations of designated area are working within TAT.
• Attends to LDC and operational issues tactfully and diligently.
• Maximises sales office’s profitability and other KPIs set for the Division.
• Holds regular meetings with designated area staff to cascade management’s directions, goals and guidelines, etc.
