Aufgaben

• Manage a team to acquire PF and PF-I, and cross-sell products to achieve the assigned team targets.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and monitor service standards.
• Develop a high performance organization.
• Ensure monthly SOP targets: RM245K for PF & RM650K for PF-i as per headcount.
• Lead sales meetings to review individual/team performance, activities & KPIs.
• Coach and guide sales staff to maximize sales volume; monitor and communicate results in reviews.
• Review PIP and feedback on career counselling and competency profiling to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Motivate the team and ensure timely acknowledgments to customers within TAT.
