Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales and operations leader to oversee the sales office in the Skudai area, Johor. You will plan, develop, implement and manage activities to achieve area targets and budgets.

You will supervise staff, motivate teams, coach as needed, and ensure efficient operations, cross selling, and adherence to service standards. Regular reviews of targets, collaboration with partners, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements and manages sales office and operations to achieve the area target
• Manages, supervises and leads sub-ordinates to achieve overall business budget
• Motivates and enhances the performance of sales teams to maximise local market business opportunities
• Oversees resource management, including capacity planning, productivity, staff discipline and compliance
• Reviews weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
• Maintains awareness of competitors' activities and industry best practices
• Ensures cross selling and deep selling (consumers to hold more than one product)
• Approves quality credits as per approving matrix
• Ensures daily operations of designated area are working within TAT
• Attends to LDC and operational issues tactfully and diligently
• Maximises sales office's profitability and other KPIs set for the Division
• Holds regular meetings with designated area staff to cascade management's directions, goals and guidelines, etc.
• Maintains good rapport with business associates to ensure service standards on turnaround time for credit application processing and approval are consistently met
